The Freedom that Binds Us

May you all celebrate our independence from all that binds us however you may wish!  As much as I’d enjoy to spend my day in the beautiful care free pictures above, my heart still chooses to be bound to this little corner of the world.  Thankfully, in America, Freedom is still a choice!

We do take our freedom for granted sometimes don't we? I remember flying right after 9/11 and there were armed guards at the airports as we de-planed. I actually cried because at that very moment I realized the meaning of freedom and that a little or ours had been snatched away. Sad, but very eye-opening!! Have a wonderful weekend celebrating our red, white and blue!! Kathysue

Can imagine you miss your old place. It sure looks like a dream, not just the American dream but one that translates to all cultures. What's not to love about that serene, clean, beautiful setting!

The other pictures you shared are stunning and yes, lobster on that boat, wearing that bathing suit (perhaps with the dress on top..) would be great. I'd casually toss the sandals on the floor and probably just leave the watch.. Who would care about the time anyway right!? :)

Happy 4th July dearest. Have a ball and send my love to your boys!
